The product is still great and works just the same should this happen. Just give a little stir and pop into the refrigerator until hardened. We highly recommend keeping it in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. We are not responsible if you live in a hot climate or if the product melts in the mail\/transit. But we WILL do our best to make sure it goes right from our farm to the local post office without sitting around in the sun all day. Many companies use unnecessary chemicals to keep body butter from melting, but we do not. Please do not have us ship this to a location where it will sit in a hot mailbox or porch all day because it will melt!
